Greetings Everyone,

I wanted to share a book that I have been reading during my beginning experience at Monmouth. It is called The Joy of Teaching: A Practical Guide for New College Instructors by Peter Filene with a foreward by Ken Bain.

If anyone has any good resources for educators on online or hybrid teaching, please do share them. Thanks!

Also, I am looking for books on test construction. I've found a lot on evaluation but are there any dedicated books for unique for test item construction.
